ELIGIBILITY: The Honda Makeover Promotion ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States residing n San Diego County, California (the "Territory") who (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry, (b) are registered users of SignOnSanDiego.com; and (c) have a valid driver's license, (d) are the registered owner of a Honda automobile , and (e) have Internet access as of January 3, 2011. If you do not reside in the Territory or are otherwise ineligible, do not attempt to enter the Promotion. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Union-Tribune Publishing Company, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, retailers, wholesalers, anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Promotion (hereafter "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. ENTRY: To enter, go to the " Honda Makeover Promotion" promotion page located at UTPerks.com between 12:01 AM Pacific Time, January 3, 2011 and 11:59 PM Pacific Time, February 13, 2011 (the "Promotion Period") and click the "Yes, please enter me in this promotion" button. Entrants should then complete the entry form. Entrants must fully complete the entry form and supply all requested information to be eligible. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ENTRANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE CORRESPONDING TIME ZONE FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE JURISDICTION. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS . PRIZE: Nine (9) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries to receive a $2,000 automobile makeover. Approximate Retail Value is $2,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Value is subject to market conditions, which can fluctuate and any difference between actual market value and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsor and Released Parties have not made and are not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the prize, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the prize or any components thereto. All prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cash substitutions are not permitted.

WINNER SELECTION: Promotion winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about February 14, 2011. All potential winners will be notified by email by February 18, 2011, and must verify their eligibility with Sponsor by March 4, 2011. Following eligibility verification, potential winners will be notified by phone and or email by the Union Tribune. Winners will be provided with instruction on how to redeem their prize. Winners are responsible for paying all applicable local, state and federal taxes. For tax reporting purposes, winners will be required to provide legal name, address and social security number or forfeit prize. The Union-Tribune Publishing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. In the event that the selected potential winner declines a prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or if Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, his/her prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Right to Cancel, Modify, or Disqualify: If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
