CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
TO ENTER
To enter, go to the Aztecs Fever contest page at UTPerks.com. Click the "Yes, please enter me in this contest" button. Only registered U-T San Diego users are eligible to enter. In order to complete your registration, some users may be asked to fill out additional information before entering. No purchase necessary. The contest begins at 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on March 16, 2012.
Participants can enter as often as they like.
PRIZES
Top vote getters and our favorites will be featured on the U-T San Diego website and in the newspaper.
ELIGIBILITY
All contestants must be 18 years of age or older and must show a valid driver’s license or picture ID. You must complete all contact information to be eligible to win. Employees of Union-Tribune LLC., and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. U-T San Diego shall be the sole judge of eligibility and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason. Winners agree to allow use of name and photos by U-T San Diego without further compensation. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. In fairness to all, U-T San Diego cannot discuss the contest by phone, mail or in any other way with the contestants.
OTHER CONDITIONS
U-T San Diego reserves the right to change, modify, or extend contest dates if it should be deemed necessary. U-T San Diego reserves the right to suspend or cancel the contest at any time. The Union-Tribune assumes no responsibility for injury or loss that may arise from participation in the contest. U-T San Diego assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.U-T San Diego reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond U-T San Diego 's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the contest. U-T San Diego is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest by any technical or human errors, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest. U-T San Diego reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this contest at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. U-T San Diego reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or website or to be acting in violation of the official rules.
